Customer artwork, print layout, colour requirements, repeat dimensions and packaging format are reviewed and prepared for the selected flexographic or rotogravure production route.

The selected printing technology is coordinated according to the approved application, graphic requirements, material structure and production plan, with process controls focused on consistency and repeatability.
Lamination & Barrier Structures

The packed product, filling method, intended format, required protection, graphic expectations and commercial order scope are reviewed by the relevant CHROMAVEX team.

Printing & Lamination
The approved design is printed through the defined flexographic or rotogravure route, followed—where required—by controlled lamination and curing management.

Material-Structure Definition
The film family, layer configuration, printing route, lamination requirement and converting conditions are defined according to the confirmed application brief.

Slitting, Inspection & Dispatch
The completed web is slit, inspected and prepared as finished rollstock in accordance with the confirmed order, winding requirements and applicable commercial shipment documentation.

Artwork & Prepress Preparation
Approved artwork is technically adapted to the selected printing process, repeat layout, colour plan and production dimensions before manufacturing begins.
